Cruise Summary: CalCOFI 1404OS Leg I completed 70 stations after a short return-to-port delay needed to repair the starboard hydro winch.
Three stations were not occupied due to rough weather (90.80, 77.70, 77.60) & 2 stations (90.45 & 87.45) were missed
due to SCI Hazardous Operations Area (HOA) scheduling. Sta 87.55 was also shifted ~2nm west in order to be outside
the SCI HOA.
