Two week before the cruise:
- Complete/Submit Scientific Party list
- Receive/submit participants forms:
  - Alcohol, Drugs & Sexual Harassment Aboard SIO Vessels Form
  - Physical Ability to Work at Sea Form
  - Medical Questionaire (Optional but recommended for anyone with prescriptions)
- Travel Insurance
UNOLS post-cruise assessment: Web-based form
