Summary: |
CalCOFI 2111SR sailed on RV Sally Ride at 0600PDT 31 Oct 2021 from Nimitz Marine Facility San Diego. 75 of 75 stations were successfully occupied. CTD casts and Manta/Pairovet/Bongo/PRPOOS net tows were completed at each science station, where applicable. Underway science included continuous pCO2 and meteorological measurements. Ten Lagrangian drifters were also deployed. Visual/acoustic observations of marine mammals were also conducted during this cruise. The cruise ended at Nimitz Marine Facility San Diego on 15 Nov 2021 0800PDT. Preliminary plots and sensor regressions can be found on our new (under development) website: https://wp.calcofi.com/wp/2111sr/ |
